Rumble in the River Valley 2022
About This Competition
We're bringing it back! For the first time since 2015, Rumble in the River Valley will be held at CrossFit 413 in Fort Smith, AR. You can expect 4 scored events and up-beat energy as you test your fitness alongside friends. We will have food and drinks sold on location (no alcohol will be served, but you can BYOB to the party!).
The 4 events will be challenging, but appropriately programmed for a Scaled and Rx division. Find movement requirements on the CrossFit 413 Instagram (@crossfit413). The party will start at 8:00 AM, and the awards ceremony will end by 5:00 PM. Bring a friend and come join the party!
Teams of 2 - Same Gender. Scaled and Rx division. Workouts will be released on the CrossFit 413 Instagram. Refunds will be allowed until June 20, 2022, at which time registration will also be closed.

Notes: Only 1 athlete may attempt the complex in each minute. A lift will be considered an attempt once the barbell passes the knee. Only one attempt is allowed in the minute There is no required order that the athletes must lift in.
The score for the team with be the SUM of the heaviest lift of EACH athlete.
