About This Competition

The Legends Championship is the premier Masters CrossFit Competition in 2020.  It will feature athletes from around the globe that qualified through the Legends Open & Qualifier as well as CrossFit Games Athletes that qualified through the AGOQ.  The event will be held, live, in Phoenix Arizona on December 10th through December 13th.

HSPU will be done on the URLND 36" x 24" mat. Begin in a full lockout with only heels touching the wall. Full lockout means a straight line from hands
through shoulders to feet. Elbows are locked out. Shoulder is in full flexion. Palms must be completely on the mat. Fingers are allowed to be off the mat. Athletes then have head
touch mat and return to a full lockout. Athletes must show momentary control in lockout for the rep to
count. Strict or kipping HSPU are permitted.
