WORKOUTS
All divisions: establish a 1rm of the following complex: Hang clean, front squat, Push press, split jerk
STANDARDS
Rx: partner deadlifts 405lbs, hspu, bike, db snatch 50/35, burpees, box jumps 24”
Masters: partner deadlifts 345 pounds, hspu, bike, db snatch 50/35, burpees, box jumps 20”
Scaled: partner deadlifts 275, hrpu, bike, db snatch 35/20, burpees, box jumps or step ups 20”
Video Standards and workouts will be released 1 month prior to competition!

Workouts
8 minutes (girl goes first, 4 minutes girl, 4 minutes guy) for team to establish 1RM of:
Hang clean, front squat, push press, split jerk
- power or squat clean acceptable
- full extension from the clean must be hit prior to the front squat
- push press must be a single dip. Second dip will constitute a no rep
21-15-9-6
Partner deadlifts
HSPU (kipping or strict allowed)
Rx - 405, 1 abmat with 25 lb plates
Masters - 345, 1 abmat
Scaled - 275, HRPU
AMRAP 10
P1: 7 alternating db snatch, 7 burpee box overs
P2: assault bike cals
Partner 1 completes a round tags partner 2, partners then switch each completing a full round for duration of 10 minutes
Rx - 50/35 24” box jumps
Masters - 50/35 20” box jumps
Scaled - 35/20, 20” box jumps or step ups (two feet must touch box top)
team will be scored for rounds and reps AND cals on bike
AMRAP 10
