Bars at Beach Vol. 5 – Community. Competition. Beach Vibes.
Am 11.07.2026 heißt es wieder: Sand zwischen den Zehen, Chalk an den Händen und Beats in der Luft!
Unser Mixed-Team-Event in Dinslaken bietet einen idealen Einstieg in die Competition-Welt, mit Fokus auf Spaß, Teamspirit und lokaler CrossFit-Community.
Gestartet wird in unserer Box, das Finale findet wie immer am Tenderingssee im Sand statt.

→ Tie Breaker: Zeit wird erfasst


9 BMU / Pull-Ups (RX: Bar Muscle-Up | SC: Pull-Ups (Any Style))

15 Wall Walk / Partial WW (RX: Wall Walk | SC: Partial Wall Walk)

Tie Breaker: Nach den 9 DDB S2OH wird die Zeit notiert und dann mit den BMU oder Pull-ups weitergemacht

Finde dein 1RM in einem kompletten DT-Durchgang:

DT — 1 Round

12 Deadlift
9 Hang Power Clean
6 Push Jerk
 

Ziel:
Höchstmögliches Gewicht für einen kompletten DT-Durchgang innerhalb von 5 Minuten. 3 Minuten Pause zwischen Part A und Part B.
