About This Competition

Vi ser frem til et sprit nyt værtssamarbejde når Sydkystens Gym i samarbejde med vore partnere åbner dørene for deres første; Sydkystens Showdown.

'Sydkystens Showdown' er to separate en-dags konkurrencer med føglende niveauer:

LØRDAG | 'FIRST TIMERS NO. 22'
Den 22. udgave af førstegangs konkurrencen FIRST TIMERS afholdes kun lørdag og denne gang kun for INDIVIDUELLE atleter.

SØNDAG | 'TEAM SCALED - STRONG EDITION'
Med udgangspunkt i det vante SCALED niveau skrues der op for vægten på klassiske øvelser og odd-objects i denne STRONG EDITION for teams af to personer, samme køn. Tænk færre Toes-to-bar og tungere KB swings og fatbar deadlifts.

Mere info omkring begge vil tilgå i perioden frem mod konkurrencen.

Team: 799,-/team
Individuel: 449,-/person
Tilkøb af atlet t-shirt med mulighed for personligt rygtryk tilgår i periden op til konkurrencen.

Endvidere tilbyder vores energy drinks partner STATE fri drikkevarer under hele konkurrencen.

20 Box facing burpee box jump overs (24"/20")

1) Rodistancen tilbagelægges af både kvindelige og mandlige atleter
2) Scoren angives som tiden når atleten står på målpladen efter at have udført alle gentagelser - eller ved time cap som 'CAP + xx' hvor xx er antallet af gentagelser udført indenfor tidsrammen.
3) Der scores op til 100 point. 

2.1 | AMRAP |  00:00 - 05:00

15 Sit-ups
6 D-ball over platform (50/35)*

* Højden er baseret på hver enkelte atlets solar plexus højde.

2.2 | FOR WEIGHTS |  06:00 - 12:00

3RM Back sqaut (fra rack)

1) Sit-ups udføres som butterfly med markering på objekt i toppen af hver gentagelse.
2) Atleten må placere vægtstangen i rack i det melllemliggende 'pause' minut - men må ikke starte load førend 06:00.
3) Scoren for Event 2.1 vises som antallet af gentagelser udført indenfor tidsrammen.
4) Scoren for Event 2.2 angives som det tungenste godkendte løft indenfor tidsrammen.
5) Event 2.1 og 2.2 scores op til 100 point seperat.

Hanging knee raises

1) Ground to overhead kan udføres anyhow (clean'n'press eller snatches - dog ikke fra hang).
2) Ved Hanging knee raises skal knæ og oversiden af lår være over parallel. 
3) Scoren er angivet som antallet af gentagelser udført inden for tidsrammen.
4) Scores op til 100 point. 

FOR DISTANCE | 4 minutter

2/1 Rope climb
21/15 Cal Ski ERG
9 Double DB Devils presses (2x 22,5/15)
Max distance Assault Air Runner

1) Scoren angives som den samlede distance tilbagelagt på Air Runner.
2) Eventet scores op til 100 point.
