About This Competition

The 4th Annual Fortius Fall Games will be Teams of 3 (M,M,M or F,F,F) competition. With both team and individual tests - testing every facet of CrossFit ability - with workouts long enough to get your money's worth!

There will be 3 divisions: Intermediate, Advanced, and Elite. Programming provided by Coach Daimino Stewart and Jesse Malcomb. Designed to ensure each division has clear skill definition to avoid "sandbagging" as much as possible.

THE HIGHLIGHTS
- 1 full day of competition, 4 events
- Free competition shirt

EVENT 1
- For Time -
4,500/3,600M Row (500/400m splits)
900 Double Unders (Int = 600 Double Unders)

*NOTES:
- 1 Teammate Rowing, 1 Teammate performing Double Unders, 1 Teammate Resting.
- Each rotates after every 500/400M row (Rower to Double Unders, Double Underer to Rest, Rester to Rowing).
- If team completes Row before double unders, then all 3 teammates can complete double unders (1 working at a time

*NOTES:
- 1 Barbell, 1 teammate attempting at a time
- Weight may go up or down
- Teammates may help load bar

15 Synchro Lateral Burpees
20 Hang Squat Snatch
30 Bar Muscle-Ups (Adv = 20/15 Bar Muscle Ups, Int = CTB Pullups)

- 1 teammate working at a time, break up work however (except synchro burpees)
- NO MINIMUM WORK REQUIREMENT for the team members (e.g. one teammate could do all the reps of any particular movement if so desired)
- Power Snatch + Overhead Squat acceptable for Intermediate (in lieu of squat snatches)
