About This Competition
Welcome to AK BarBros 2023!
We are thrilled to have you join us for our 1st annual AK BarBros competition.
AK Barbros is a Mens Only partner competition, held here in Palmer, Alaska on Sunday August 6th hosted by Refuge CrossFit.
There will be 3 divisions: RX, Intermediate and Scaled
Registration starts at 8:00am Monday March 20, 2023.
