Echo Bike Calories
Freestanding Handstand Shoulder Taps
*9:00 min cap*
- Athlete may split reps as desired.
- Handstand shoulder taps will be performed inside 4x6 space.
- Intermediate divsion and Masters divsion will perform 50/30/20 echo bike cals and wall facing handstand shoulder taps on a tape line that is 10 inches from the wall.
- REST 2:00 -
4:00 to find a max load of 2 cleans + 1 shoulder to overhead
- Athletes may take as many attempts as desired in the allotted time.
- Complex must be unbroken.
- Power, squat or spilt clean is permitted, any jerk is permitted, NO hang cleans.
- Bar may be preloaded.
