About This Competition



The Big Ass Competition Round 2 hosted by Rend Lake Crossfit and sponsored by Big Ass Solutions will take place on September 16, 2017.

This is a Four Person, 2 female/2 male, team event including Rx'd and Scaled divisions. Deadline for Sign-up is September 10th, or until spots fill up. There are a limited number of spots for each division so act fast to reserve your spot.

Each team is guarenteed four WoDs!

Below are standards for the competition(athletes should be able to perform working sets at weights)

AMRAP Sled Push Sled Drag Sled Push Sled Pull In Male/Female pairs, Pair A Completes a round, then Pair B completes a round. Repeat as many times as possible in allowed time. (Score Total number of Rounds and Reps)

In your Team of 4 using One #45 Bar. Each team member will Establish an... 1 Rep Max Floor Press 2 Rep Max Clean 3 Rep Max Front Squat *6 Minutes for each movement with 1 Minute Transition between each movement. *Score is total pounds lifted by the 4 members at the above lifts

In Female/Female 7 Minute AMRAP 20 Wall Balls(14/20)(10/14) 15 Deadlifts(155/225)(115/185) 10 Burpee Box Jump Overs(20/24) *Females will do first AMRAP, 1 Minute transition, Males do 2nd AMRAP *Wall Ball height will be 10ft for guys and 9ft for ladies *Rx must be box jumps, Scaled may be step-ups

Working as A Team of 4, One working at a time, Two performing a static hold at the top of a deadlift. Complete the following for time: Rx'd 200 Double Unders 100 Cal Row 80 Alternating Pistols 60 Toes to Bar 40 Hanstand Push-ups 20 Bar Muscle-ups 10 Clusters(135/185) Deadlift Hold- 225 Scaled 100 Double Unders or 200 singles 100 Cal Row 80 Goblet Squats (35/53) 60 Toes to Upright 40 KB to Overhead (18s/35s) 20 Burpee Pull-ups 10 Clusters(95/135) Deadlift Hold- 185
