Clubseries 2023
About This Competition
ClubSeries är Svenska Funktionella Fitness Förbundets (Swe3F) seriespel i funktionell fitness för klubblag. Att jämföra med ett seriespel inom andra sporter där vi årligen får fram en svensk mästare.
Varje serie omfattar lag från geografiskt samma område och möts i totalt 6 matcher. Serierna finns idag från Skellefteå i norr till Malmö i söder men seriespelet växer hela tiden.
Upplägg
Säsongen består av 6 matcher (+ final för de som kvalar) där en match är 90 minuter och består av 5 tester inklusive vila. Testerna utförs enligt upplägget att första testet är team om 4 följt av team om 2, 3, 2 och avslutningsvis 4.
Ett lag kan max bestå av 8 atleter (4 herrar/4 damer) där 4 atleter (2 herrar/2 damer) kör varje match.
