Mixed Teams of 4! 

For this comp, you will register as an individual and then we will place everyone into mixed teams of 4! 

There is no scaled or RX, this will be one mixed ability comp!

Choose your scales and weights, for the weight perform the respective reps for the weight you choose; for pull ups you will triple the reps, for jumping pull ups you will quintuple the reps (probably not the right use of this word).
