About This Competition
The Social Distancing At-Home Fitness Challenge
Challenge Details:
The Social Distance At-Home Fitness Challenge is a free online fitness challenge presented by Polsky’s Strength & Conditioning, Limitless Performance, and The 1440. There will be 5 scored challenges, taking place over the course of two weeks, with prizes awarded to the individual winners of each event as well as a handful of randomly selected participants.
This is a chance for everyone in the fitness community to stay connected, stay motivated, and have fun doing at home workouts. It will be something for everyone to talk about, take their minds off this crazy stuff going on, and get back to those soul crushing workouts we all love to hate.
Registration opens Friday, March 19th and will remain open until the final day of score submissions (Friday, April 3rd). Although, if you register before Sunday March 22nd, you will be eligible to win sponsored prizes. Registration is free for anyone who would like to participate!

Event Details:
Event details will be released via social media as well as on Competition Corner. The event release schedule is as follows:
Event 1 - Monday, March 23rd
Event 2 - Wednesday, March 25th
Event 3 - Friday, March 27th
Event 4 - Monday, March 30th
Event 5 - Wednesday, April 1st
*Score submission and challenge registration will remain open until Friday, April 3rd and event winners will be announced on Saturday, April 4th.
*If you’d like to be eligible for event wins and prizes, you must upload and submit a video of your workout using the WodProof App to the competition corner event page.

We want to see everyone's scores on the leaderboard, but coaches and Sanctional athletes will not qualifty for any prizing.

Workouts
Challenge 1 - Century Club by 5star4mula
The Challenge is to complete 100 burpees as fast as you can.
Every minute (including the start of the workout), you must complete 10 air squats before you can complete any burpees in that minute.
You continue this pattern every minute, until your total number of burpees hits 100, or the timer passes 20 minutes.
Challenge 2: “Mile High Club” by Good Vibes Juice Co.
Challenge is to complete a 1 mile run as fast as you can. Choose your own path but must be mapped accurately on any app that tracks how far you have gone in what time.
You will use the app “Strava” to track your distance and time. There is a custom leaderboard for our challenge.

Challenge 3: “The Great Wall of TP” by Victoria St. Market & Romeo’s Salon Spa - Keeping us fuelled & beautiful
This challenge is a 20-Minute AMRAP (As Many Rounds as Possible) of:
5 Push-ups OR 10 Push-Ups from the knee
10 Sit-Ups
15 Lateral Hops over Toilet Paper Rolls
You will count your total rounds completed plus extra reps. A full round is 30 reps. Remember if you modified the push ups, you still only count the push ups as 5 reps. Every 2 modified= 1 full push up. So you will times your total rounds by 30, then add any extra reps from your last round not completed.
This challenge is a wall sit for max time.
This challenge is 1000 step ups for time. Originally a hero wod and prescribed with a weighted backpack @45/35#. Chad Wilkinson was a US Navy Seal in Virginia Beach who took his own life at age 43 on October 29 2018. Chad’s wife recalled him doing a 1000 step ups in his garage in preparation to climb Aconcagua, the tallest mountain in South America.
Our challenge is with no weight, to a 20” object. If you have a plyo box, feel free to use it, otherwise you will find something in the house that measures up to 20” and is sturdy enough to step onto 1000 times. If you would like to attempt this with the weighted backpack as prescribed by CrossFit, give’er! (Time will count the same).
Alright guys, this is our 6th and Final challenge. This one is a 6 minute AMRAP of Double Unders. At the count of 3-2-1 Go, you will begin skipping. You will count the total number of DU’s you complete within the 6 minute window. If you struggle with the skill of double unders, this is a great opportunity to force yourself to practice. See how many you can get, you may surprise yourself.
The winner of this challenge will receive a FREE RPM Skipping Rope @rpmtrainingco (The best jump ropes out there). Winners will also receive once again, custom T-Shirt and Hoodie from @beechhillsupplyco
