Workouts

For Time: 27 DB Thrusters

 

At 3-2-1-go athletes will complete a row buy-in before moving to the front of their rower to start their reps of DB Push Press. At the 2:00 mark, athletes will have a :20 rest period to move back to the rower for another buy-in.  The workout is finished when the athlete crosses the finish line after 27 total thrusters, or the end of the 3rd round.

 

RX: 25/20 cal and 50/30#

Masters: 25/20 and 40#

Scaled: 18/14 cal and 35/20#

 

 

 

Max distance farmer carry

1 rep = 20 feet

3 minute cap.  Leads immediately into DU event.

Once the athlete cannot continue with the farmer carry, or the 3:00 cap, the athlete will have 2 minutes to complete as many double unders as possible. Scaled is single unders.

RX Male/Masters- 53# KB + 50# DB

RX Female/Scaled Male- 35#KB + 35# DB

Scaled Female- 26# KB + 25# DB

Every :30 x 8 rounds athletes will get one snatch attempt, for a total of 8 snatches.  If the athlete misses the attempt they cannot make another attempt until the next :30 window.  

Any type of snatch is acceptable (Power or Squat)

Score is total weight lifted combining all successful snatches.

Max reps over both 1:00 intervals combined

Chin over bar- 1 point

Chest to bar- 2 points

Bar muscle up- 3 points
