About This Competition
Hey OCF Fam!
Come join us for our 1st Annual Hallo-Wod in house competition!
All the workouts will be all treats no tricks! 🎃
There will be a total of four team workouts!!
Come as a ghoul, vamp, werewolf or any costume you choose to wear, not required but clothes are!! (Prize for best costume)
There will be two divisions, Rx and Scale, teams of two can me MM, FF, or FM.
Early Registration will be priced at $90 per team! Sooner the better!
Limited Team Shirts!
Refund Policy: Refunds must be requested three weeks out due to ordering of competition team shirts.
Substitutions/Replacement: Team members may be replaced at any time up day of competition, shirt size may be limited to sizes pre ordered.
Bring anything you'd like to get you through the day from gear to snacks. Reminder, pets are not allowed indoors of the facility.
Parking: Will be located west of the building, there will be a set of directions and location via email.

Abmat Sit-ups
This will be a two part workout, with two different scores.
Workout will start with a 2k Row for time, athletes may rotate how they see fit between the two.
Upon Completing the row, athletes will go directly into a heavy 1RM for the Hang Snatch and 1RM Hang Clean, only one partner may perform one of the two movements, they may be a power or squat for the lifts.
Partner A may have as many attempts to achieve the heaviest load they can complete, Partner B may not begin their attempts till Partner A has finalize their lift. Once Partner B begins their first lift, Partner A may not lift again. With what time is remaining, both lifts must be completed before the time cap.
