About This Competition
TRIFECTA IS BACK!!!! After taking last year off, we are excited to bring this competition back you you this Spring.
Trifecta is a team of 3 competition. Teams will throw down in 3 workouts throughout the day, testing each strength, stamina, & skill along with strategy & teamwork. This isn't a competition to be missed. Get your team ready!
Just like Barbells & Bacon, we are running this on 2 separate days. RX on Saturday & Scaled on Sunday
There are only 12 teams per division, so dont procrastinate.

Athlete Parking is located in front of the building, in the back half of the parking lot. (the front must be left open for the retail stores customers)
Refunds can be issued up until 2 weeks prior to the event (3/2)
Substitutions can be made up until 1 week prior (4/10)

- you may divide the number of cleans any way you see fit. each athlete is not required to make a clean at each weight.
- the clean must be a squat clean. a power clean plus a front squat is not permitted
- the clean must come from the ground, not a hang clean.

Workout 1 : It Starts With A Row
For time (10 min cap)
120/90 Cal Row (40/30 each athlete)
90 Toes to Bar
60 Power Snatches @ 135/85
At 3,2,1 Go! 1 athlete will start rowing their 40 calories & the other 2 athletes (1 at a time) will start to chip away at the remaining work, starting with 90 T2B. Once athlete 1 is done with their 40/30 cals, they may switch & help chip away at the other part. The score is total time it takes to complete everything. Any rep not completed before the time cap will be added as an addiontal second on top of the cap.
- each athlete must do their part on the rower ; there is no other minimum work requredment & the remaining work may be divided however.
- you must complete all 90 T2B before going to the 60 Power SN
- If all 3 athletes finish their calories & their is still remaining work to be completed, all 3 athletes may work together.

Workout 1 : It Starts With A Row

90 Plate Overhead Situps w/ 15lb plate
60 Power Snatches @ 95/65
At 3,2,1 Go! 1 athlete will start rowing their 40 calories & the other 2 athletes (1 at a time) will start to chip away at the remaining work, starting with 90 Situps. Once athlete 1 is done with their 35/25 cals, they may switch & help chip away at the other part. The score is total time it takes to complete everything. At 3,2,1 Go! 1 athlete will start the 5 Devils Press, once completed, they may move to the 10 DB Box Step Overs, followed by the DB Thrusters & Single Unders. Teams may switch athletes at any time & as ofter as they'd like. This pattern will continue for a lovely 12 minutes
