We are proud to host River Mersey Autumn Teen throwdown.
Perfect for all abilities, we will be creating challenging workouts which show off athletes who have mastered more complex moves whilst including newer athletes and allowing alternatives moves without "scaling".
Once you have entered you will be emailed a link to make payment.
