Workouts
12 minute time cap
Max reps of:
10 Deadlifts
10 KB swings
10 Toes to Bar
One athlete will perform 10 Deadllifts and then maintain a deadlift hold while another Athlete performs 10 KB Swings and 10 T2B.
Team will rotate after every round of the AMRAP and will stay in the same order.
At 3,2,1 go:
Partner A – Will perform 10 Deadlifts, and go into a deadlift hold.
Partner B - Once Partner A is in the hold, they will perform a round of 10 KB swings and 10 T2B/Hanging Knee Raises
Deadlift – 225/155, 185/125, 135/95
KB – 70/53, 53/35, 45/30
Scaled performs Hanging Knee Raises
Intermediate – alternating single leg T2B
At 3,2,1 go:
Partner C – Max calories on the assault bike.
Once Partner B is complete, all teammates will rotate in order. The athlete on the assault bike will move to the deadlifts, the athlete on the deadlifts will move to the KB Swings/Rig movement, and the athlete on the rig will move to the assault bike.
Rotation continues until time is up.
6 Minute AMRAP:
Partners A & B perform 15 Synchronized Sandbag Squats.
Once complete, they will hold the sandbags while Partner C performs:
6 DB Snatches
6 Burpee Box Jump Overs
Athletes will rotate in the same order after each round.
IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWED BY:
6 Minutes AMRAP:
4- Burpee over Bar
4- Clean & Jerks
(Please note: The athlete that starts the DB Snatches must start Part B)
Athletes will stay in same order.
Rotation will continue until time is up.
RX Sandbag (100/70), DB (50/35), C&J (165/115)
Intermediate Sandbag (70/60), DB (40/30), C&J (135/95)
Scale Sandbag (60/50), DB (35/25), C&J (95/65)
6 Minute AMRAP:

Partner A starts on the rower
6 Minute AMRAP:
10 Snatches
10 Front Rack Lunges
Partners B and C begin working on the AMRAP of Snatches and lunges. Athletes can break up AMRAP however they want.
Every 2 minutes Athletes will switch out on the rower while the remaining 2 Athletes work on the AMRAP.
