"Eid ROX" Relay
About This Competition
Relay Race in your team of 4 Men or 4 Women.
The order and details of the stations is as follows:
SkiErg 1000m
Sled Push 5x10m (80kg + Sled /120kg+ Sled
Sled Pull 5x10m (80kg + Sled /120kg+ Sled)
Burpee Broad Jumps 80m
RowErg 1000m
Farmers Carry 200m (16/24kg)
Lunges 100m (10/20kg)
WallBalls 100reps (4kg/6kg)
Each Relay Member has to run 2x1km on the Assault Runner and perform 2 workout stations.
The use of each Relay Member is entirely up to the team. However, the relay always starts with 1km of running followed by the workout station.
This means one Relay Member can either perform 2x1km runs and 2 workout stations consecutively or can come back into the relay at another point.
