About This Competition

Individual Price to compete:

FREE!!!

Two Divisions: Men & Women

These are workouts or challenges that require no gym equipment, if there is an advanced skill used in a challenge there will be scaled options made available so all participants will be able to compete.

***Video recordings required for all score submissions (YouTube or post on your social media tagging Constant Competitor)***

Workout Release Schedule

There will be at least 5 scored workouts up to the next 3 weeks while many people are unable to access their gyms and are restricted to doing at-home workouts without any equipment!

Week 1: TBA

Release 3/18 5pm PST | Submissions due by 3/25 5pm PST

Week 2: TBA

Release 3/25 5pm PST | Submissions due 4/1 5pm PST

Week 3: TBA

Release 4/7 5pm PST | Submissions due 4/14 5pm PST

Prizes

The top male/female score at the end of the series of workouts will receive a $20 E-Gift Card to a fitness related business of their choosing where available.

The top score of each challenge/workout will award that participant free or discounted entry to a future Constant Competitor competition (free/discount will be dependent on entry fee for the specifically chosen competition). Limit: 1 free entry/discount will be awarded to a competitor.

Prizes are awarded to the top competitors who submit the required video proof with their scores (see below)

Winners will be announced on social media as well as contacted via Email at the conclusion of competition after all scoring is complete.

Rules and Policies:

Workouts are announced on Wednesdays at 5pm PST and scores are due by the following Wednesday at 5pm PST. Video submissions will not be accepted after the workouts submission deadline.

Accepted Video Submissions are required with score submissions by either YouTube/Vimeo submission OR if the competitor posts their video to Instagram / Facebook tagging Constant Competitor.

Video Submissions that do not meet submission standards listed in workout announcements are subject to score penalties or rejection.

Scoring:

Judgement of scoring is up to the discretion of Constant Competitor. Please ensure you read the rules and instructions of each workout and follow all movement standards to help avoid penalties or rejection of a score.
