Join us for a summer twist on the IN2 Classic. A 1 day individual competition open to all who want to throw down in a classic Crossfit style competition. 3 categories (RX, Scaled and Masters 40+) and 4 insane workouts. Perfect for those who are looking to increase there competition experience or even for first time competitiors.

This is a two part workout and you will recieve 2 seperate scores.
Score 1 will be the time is take you to complete Part A. Score 2 will be the time it takes you to complete Part A + Part B (total working time).
Score 1 = part A
Score 2 = part A + B
Movement standards:
RX
Box jump overs - Athletes have to jump and will be required to step down.
Burpee box jump overs - Athletes will be required to jump onto the box and step down.
Scaled
Athletes will have the choice of jumping or steping onto the box. Step down will be required.
Masters
Athletes will have the choice of jumping or steping onto the box. Step down will be required.
