3 week Online Competition - APRIL 2019 (1 Release per week for 3 weeks...up to 6 scores total)
Week 1
RELEASE: 11th APRIL - 11am SUBMIT: 16th APRIL - 12pm
Week 2
RELEASE: 18th APRIL - 11am SUBMIT: 23rd APRIL - 12pm
Week 3
RELEASE: 25th APRIL - 11am SUBMIT: 30th APRIL - 12pm

All individual athletes and teams must complete workouts RX and submit videos via Competition Corner.

The following participants will qualify for the National Championships to compete for the Australian National title and the opportunity to secure a position on our National team.
Top 30 INDIVIDUAL MEN

Top 10 TEAMS
Top 3 individual men, top 3 individual female and 1 team will earn their position on our Australian National Team. These top athletes will travel to Sweden to represent Australia at the 2019 World Championships. This will be our Country’s first ever National team competing at the iF3 Worlds.

Individual $39.95
*Registration is Open to Australian and New Zealand residents only.
*Teams register as individuals. Individual scores will be combined to get a team total.
*Athletes CAN NOT compete in the National final as an individual and as part of a team.
