About This Competition
The 3rd annual G-Town Throwdown is a 2 person co-ed competition held on August 3, 2019 and hosted by CrossFit 133. Each team will consist of one male athlete and one female athlete competing in one of our four divisions: Rx and Scaled as well as Masters (40+) Rx and Scaled. Each team will complete 3 workouts and a floater with prizes given to the top three teams in each division. This competition is designed for the average CrossFitter. Those who sign up before July 21, 2019 will receive a G-Town Throwdown t-shirt. WODs may be announced prior to the event.
No refunds.
Athlete check-in will be 7:30-8:30 am with an athlete briefing at 8:30 am. The first heat will begin promptly at 9:00 am. The competition will be done and prizes awarded before 2:00 pm!
