This compeition is doable for all of CFT's atheletes!
*early birding pricing goes through 12/31/21. After that date the price will be $100 per team
*workouts will be released after 12/31/21

Workouts
200 Wall Balls (20/14)
- every minute on the minute starting at 0:00
RX teams - 10 HSPU
Open teams - 12 Slam Balls (40/30)
Details:
Wall ball target height is 10 ft for males and 9 ft for females for RX and Open.
Only one partner will be working at a time on the wall balls. HSPU and Slam balls are total.

Buy in:
P1 - 40 Double unders / singles
P2 - 10/8 Cal Bike

6-8-10-12…. And so on.

~Thrusters (same weight)(each)
-Buy in is repeated after every set. The buy in is a P1 Work and P2 rest. But partners must switch movements each round Example (p1 does singles first set then does bike the next set.) When your in the ladder its P1 work P2 rest. All snatches must be completed before any Thrusters.

*During the chipper portion of the workout. While athletes are doing all dumbbell movements P2 must be holding their set of dumbbells in a farmers hold.
*The Complex will be your Floater workout.
