About This Competition

This is a great competition for all competitors, but not necessarily "advanced" crossfitters. This competition is inviting for those who love to compete, but are just not quite at the regional caliber. You can expect to see challenging workouts without any demand on skilled gymnastics movements (pull ups, muscle ups, t2b, etc.). You should be fluent with pretty much all of the classic CrossFit movements and be able to perform regular lifts properly.
