About This Competition

 

Fittest Mum Finals: 

To qualify athletes must be Mum's (specifically having birthed a child). Secondly they maust have qualified by placing high enough in the online qualifiers that closed on the 15th of October 2023. 

Fittest Mum is all about Inclusion, Togetherness & the Empowerment of all Women (specifically Mums). 

Boasting 20 divisions with 16 of those being Masters divisions.

4 minutes to get as many Assault Airbike calories as you can!

If you're WODing in the morning, this must be completed prior to midday prizegiving. 

If you're WODing in the afternoon, this WOD can be completed anytime during the afternoon, not in the morning.

Only AM Heat athletes are permitted to do their calories in the morning.

PM Heat athletes must do theirs in the afternoon. 

At 3,2,1 go......

Athletes will complete their couplet (2) exercises in reps of 15's, 12's & then 9's.

Beg: Knee Push Ups & Thrusters (20kg)

Beg M55 & M60+: Bar Hops & Thrusters (15kg)

Sca: Pull Ups & Thrusters (25kg)

Sca M55 & M60+: Knee Push Ups & Thrusters (20kg)

Int: C2B & Thrusters (30kg)  

Int M55 & M60+: Pull Ups & Thrusters (25kg)

Athletes will perform the below complex lifts 'unbroken' below

3 Deadlifts

2 Cleans ('any' including power, squat &/or hang cleans)

2 Front Squats ('any' Front hold)

1 Shoulder to Overhead

 

*Score is your heaviest complex lifts completed in 4min cap.

*No resting bar on the floor (E.g: must be touch & go reps).

This WOD is head Scorer Vik's, make sure to say kia ora to Vik.

 

On 3, 2, 1 Go....

Athletes will perform as many Double Under skips as they can in a 2min time cap. 

RX & INT from open age upto 54yrs must do DU's.

All other divisions can choose either double unders or single skips.

RX & INT M55 & M60+ can choose either DU or single skips.

*However: 1 Double Under will equal 3 single skips. 

*Athletes can not change from one to the other - So choose wisely! 

Score Example: 302 single skips / 3 = 100.67 (Score = 100).
