Teams of 4 - 2 males/2 females. Rx and Scaled Divisions.
Expect Synchro. Expect Heavy. Expect Sprint. Expect to Test Your Limits.

3 Main Events with 4 Scores
1 Floater Workout (to be completed at any point during the competition prior to the last event)
Standards Rx (Scaled):
Hang Cleans (power/squat) ladder potentially up to 270 for men / ladder up to 180 for women (ladder potentially up to 180 for men / ladder up to 135)
Overhead Squat 95/65 (Front Squat 75/55)
Thrusters 95/65 (75/55)
DB power snatches (1 person in Rx with a 70# and at least 2 with a 50# / 1 person in Scaled with a 50# and at least two with a 35#)
Toes to Bar (Knee Raises)
Pull-ups (Jumping Chest to Bar Pull Ups but at least 1 person in Scaled must have a pull up)
Bar Muscle-Ups - at least 1 person in Rx (Pull Ups - at least 1 person on Scaled must have a pull up)
Wallballs 20# to 10' and 14# to 9' (14# to 10' and 10# to 9')
Burpees
Machines: Rower, Bike Erg and ???

Rx: 70# 50#x2 35# DBs
Scaled: 50# 35#x2 25# DBs
All four athletes are together for this event. Athletes will be in a single file line facing forward.
Reps for the DB snatch are synchro at the top and when judge calls a good rep. Both hexes of the DB must touch the ground when returned to the floor. Athletes must alternate arms. If fewer than all four athletes have the DB overhead, they must stand with it overhead until all four athletes have the DB locked out overhead and judge calls good rep.
Reps for the burpees are synchro at the bottom (chest on floor) and when judge calls good rep. Stepping over or jumping over the DB is allowed in either division and completes the repetition.
*Athletes MAY switch DBs around with whomever, whenever during the workout*
In M/F pairs, as many reps as possible in 16 minutes of:
RX Division

Pairs will stay together for the entire 16 minutes. M/F Pair 1 will complete a round of 9/12/15 then tag in M/F Pair 2 to complete their round of 6/9/12. Continuing in this pattern for the entire event.
There will be 1 score for this event - most reps completed.
