30 Yard Yoke Push/pull

12 Minute Time Cap

Description:

At the call of 3-2-1, Athletes will start their 30/22 calories on the assault bike.  After 30 cals have been completed athletes will then head to the turf where the yoke is set up with straps.  One athlete will put the straps on their shoulders and pull while the other athlete pushes the yoke.  The weight for this workout is "heavy af."  After dragging the yoke across the turf(30 yards) athletes will then complete 30 hand stand pushups.  Strict or kipping is fine.  After the 30 HSPU, athletes will push/pull the yoke back to the bike to start all over.  Score is total time to complete 3 rounds. There is a 12 minute cap.  If team reaches the time cap then the teams score will be total repetitions. The yoke push/pull will be broken up into 5 sections so each yoke push/pull is worth 5 reps.

*Weight has not been determined for the yoke in any division.  However, it will be heavy.

After 21 repetitions of chest-to-bar pull-ups are complete, athletes will continue to thrusters for a set of 15, then 15 chest-to-bar, 9 thrusters, 9 chest-to-bar pull-ups.  Score for this is event is total time to complete with a 7 minute time cap.  If athletes do not complete this event under the time cap then the team will be scored by total repetitions completed.
