About This Competition
Outtrain is hosting an exclusive F45 Old St event TO celebrate the studio’s 1 year anniversary. Expect big workouts, solid teamwork and epic prizes! Saturday 6th August, 10am-12pm in the studio. Join as a mixed group of 5: 2 male and 3 female or 2 female and 3 male! Or sign up solo and we’ll put you in a team! This is not one to miss!
