About This Competition
Not your typical CrossFit Comp. Find out whos the fittest the Strongman, CrossFitter, and the Runner. This CrossFit competition is a full-day event featuring a diverse range of athletic disciplines. The competition kicks off in the morning and concludes by the afternoon, encompassing four distinct workouts. Athletes will showcase their strength in strongman and powerlifting, tackle CrossFit challenges, and test their endurance. It promises a thrilling day of varied physical feats and intense competition.

Workouts
1 REP MAX BENCH PRESS
Athletes will have 3 attempts to get to a 1 rep max bench press
Athletes' feet MUST maintain contact with the floor, and head, shoulders and butt MUST maintain contact with the bench for the rep to count (shorter athletes MAY use 1 plate underneath each foot if needed)
Athletes MAY get lift-off and racking assistance from his/her spotter(s)
With arms locked out, athletes MUST wait on a judge's signal ("START") to begin the descent. Once the barbell touches below the sternum, the athletes MUST wait for a judge's signal ("PRESS") to return the bar to arms length. Athletes MUST then wait for the judge's signal ("RACK") to begin the backwards motion of racking the barbell
ALL lifters will use a 45lb barbell
Athletes will be required to weigh in upon check in the morning of the competition as the order of finish on this event will be determined by WILKS scoring, not overall heaviest lifts. All athletes will remain clothed for the weigh in but may remove shoes or other heavier items.

Thrusters
Pull-Ups
PRO division athletes weight will be #95 for males and #65 for females. Pull-ups can be performed strict, kipping or butterfly as long as the chin is clearly above the bar at the top of each rep. All reps must start with arms fully extended, any style grip is premitted.
Intermediate division athletes weight will be #65 for males and #45 for females. Ring rows will be performed instead of pull-ups. Feet shall remain in contact with tape line on floor.
On the call of "....3, 2, 1 GO!" athletes will begin by completing 21 thrusters, 21 pull-ups, 15 thrusters, 15 pull-ups, 9 thrusters, and 9 pull-ups. Score is the time in which all reps were completed, with an 8 minute time cap. If all reps are not completed at the cap, unfinished reps will be added as seconds (ex. If the last 9 pull-ups were not completed within the time cap, the score would be 8:09)
A thruster is a movement in which the barbell moves from the bottom of a front squat to a full lock out overhead with hips, knees, and arms fully extended. The thruster must be completed as one fluid movement. Thruster-jerks are NOT allowed. When the barbell is coming from the ground, athletes MAY perform a squat clean for the front squat portion of the lift.

Starting at the floor, the barbell is lifted until hips and knees reach full extension with the shoulders behind the bar.
