GRIT Series - Santa Slam 2024
About This Competition

Keeping with the structure of The GRIT Series, the Santa Slam is a two-person, same or mixed sex, team event.
The Santa Slam is open to all level of athletes over the age of 18 for our Advanced, Intermediate, and Novice Divisions.
All athletes are encouraged to familiarize themselves with different fitness domains; more specifically to have some exposure to CrossFit-style workouts and powerlifting. The Rx division could include all forms of powerlifting, bodyweight movements, and gymnastic style movements. The Scaled divisions will sometimes include lighter weight and less advanced movements than Rx. The Masters divisions will see similar or the same movements as Rx. All athletes will be required to sign a waiver.
Cost
$275 per team
Fee includes – 3 to 4 competition workouts + finals for top teams – event t-shirt
Entry fee cannot be refunded, but it can be transferred to another team up to 1 week before the event.

If an athlete misses an attempt they can try again and switch from a snatch to a C&J and continue through the ladder.
