About This Competition
Individual competition for SCALED & RX athletes!
Venue - CrossFit Cheltenham
- 3 WODs for all competitors. The person with the least points over 3 WODs wins
- NO QUALIFIERS
- Enjoy a great competition at a friendly box run by an events team with over nine years experience of running successful team events
£45 per person

The WODs will be released before the Throwdown.
Prizes for all podium finishers.
This event is child and dog friendly, so bring your friends and family along!
Spectators can come and cheer you on for free!
There will be plenty of space to park in the industrial estate where the box is located.

Workouts
Part A - 4 x 3 min AMRAPs to complete as many reps as possible of:
50 Double unders
3 Reps of the complex:
2 Toes to bar
2 Chest to bars
2 Pull ups
10 Box step overs holding a KB 24/16kg 24/20"
In the remaining time complete as many reps as possible of:
Shoulder to overhead
Part B - The weight on the barbell for the shoulder to overhead will be scored entirely separately (minimum work requirement is a total of 8 reps)
Part A - 4 x 3 min AMRAPs to complete as many reps as possible of:
75 Single unders
2 Reps of the complex:
3 Toes to chest height
3 Pull ups / Burpee jumping pull ups
10 Box step overs holding a KB 16/12kg 24/20"
In the remaining time complete as many reps as possible of:
Shoulder to overhead
