Join us for an exciting team fitness competition where every rep counts towards raising money for a great cause. Whether you're a seasoned competitor or new to fitness events, this is your chance to challenge yourself, bond with friends, and give back to the community.
Tickets / Teams
If you wish to sign up as a team, each athlete will need to buy a single ticket as above and then please email us all your names you wish to be grouped together - online@jjkfitness.co.uk
Alternatively: Purchase a single ticket and the JJK Team will put you into a Mixed Team!
Estimated Workout Time: 60-90 minutes

About the Cause: The MNDA David Cup is held in memory of David Davies, a cherished JJK member who sadly passed away in March 2022 after a courageous two-year battle with MND. This devastating terminal illness has no known cure, and the funds raised will support those living with MND in Hertfordshire and fund crucial research.
Workouts: All workouts will be released one week before the event. Expect a mix of teamwork, strategy, and functional fitness movements — including ski, row, bike, run, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbell work, wall balls, and bodyweight exercises.
