About This Competition

Vi besøger vennerne fra CrossFit Dome for første gang når der d. 5-6. februar 2022 i samarbejde med vores partnere inviteres til 'Dome Scaled Throwdown'.

'Dome Scaled Throwdown' er to separate en-dags konkurrencer for SCALED niveauet, hvor der kan stilles i teams af to personer af samme køn eller mix (LØRDAG) eller som individuel (SØNDAG). 

En oversigt over øvelser, der kan forekomme på SCALED niveau kan findes her

Team: 799,-/team
Individuel: 449,-/person
Tilkøb af atlet t-shirt med mulighed for personligt rygtryk tilgår i periden op til konkurrencen.

Endvidere tilbyder vore partnere STATE og FUNCTIONAL på fri drikkevarer og barer under hele konkurrencen. 

Vi håber, at se jer i CrossFit Dome i februar 2022.

1) Sled drag skal udføres med ansigtet mod slæden - altså trækkes baglæns.
2) Sled drag tæller to gentagelser; én ved vendepunktet (7-9m) og én når slæden er tilbage ved udgangspunktet.
3) Scoren angives som antallet af gentagelser udført indenfor tidsrammen.
4) Eventet scores op til 100 point.

20 OA KB Hang to overhead (Right) (20/12) 
20 OA KB Hang to overhead (Left)

1) Hang to overhead kan udføres som hang clean'n'jerks eller hang snatches.
2) Scoren angives som tiden når atleten står på målpladen efter at have udført alle gentagleser - eller ved time cap som 'CAP + xx' hvor xx er antallet af gentagelser udført indenfor tidsgrænsen.
3) Scores op til 100 point.

1) Vægtstangen loades med anviste vægt efter hvert sæt af Wall walks. 
2) Efter sidste sæt af Wall walks udføres der maks antal gentagelser af Clean complex i den resterende tid til 15:00
3) Der er indlagt TIE-BREAK tid før runden med 6 Clean compex (80/52,5) 
4) Scoren er angives som antallet af gentagelser udført inden for tidsgrænsen. Eventet indeholder 50 gentagelser inden AMRAP. 
5) Scores op til 100 point.

2) Mix teams udfører 15 Cal Assault bike og udfører 'step overs' på 20" box.
3) Scoren er angivet som antallet af gentagelser udført inden for tidsgrænsen.
