About This Competition

Highlights!

1. Same sex partner competition.
2. RX and Scaled Division.
3. Cash Prize for first place RX Team 
4. Prize packs for Scaled podium finishers. 
5. October 12th 2019 
6. Three 9 Min Workouts and a floater WOD.
7. Winner take all Final Wod for top 3 teams in each division. 
8. The Workouts are called "The Gymnast', "The Weightlifter", "The Engine" and floater is GPP.

“The Gymnast” Rx

For Time (9 min cap)

  • 50 Pull-Ups
  • 50 ft. Handstand Walk
  • 100 Abmat Sit-Ups
  • 50 Ft. Handstand Walk
  • 50 Chest To Bar

“The Gymnast” Scaled

For Time (9 min cap)

  • 40 Jumping Pull-Up
  • 50 ft. Single Arm Dumbbell Overhead Lunge (35#/25#)
  • 80 Abmat Sit ups
  • 50 ft. Single Arm Dumbbell Overhead Lunge (35#/25#)
  • 40 Jumping Pull-Up

Notes:

  1. Reps can be split anyway desired.
  2. Only one teammate has to attempt the H.S. Walk. / SADBOHL.
  3. Score is time it takes to complete the workout.
  4. If workout is not completed total reps will be counted as score.

“The Engine” Rx

9 Min AMRAP:

  • 60 Wallballs (20#/14#)
  • 30 Burpee Box Jump Overs (30/24)

“The Engine” Scaled

9 Min AMRAP:

  • 60 Wallballs (14#/10#)
  • 30 Burpee Step Overs (24/20)
  • *Partner not working must hold Push Up position for reps to count*       
  1. Reps can be split anyway desired.
  2. Only one partner working at a time
  3. Partner not working must be holding HS/Push Up, for reps to count.
  4. Score will be number of reps completed

Floater Workout:

3 Min to Establish: 

Max Distance Yoke Carry

  1. Move heavy object from point A to point B as many times as possible.
  2. Yoke can be carried anyway desired, between one or both partners.
  3. Score will be distance covered between both partners.

“The Weighlifter” Rx

9 Minutes for both partners to establish:

One Rep Max Snatch

Notes:

  1. One bar for both partners.
  2. Squat or Power Snatch can be performed.
  3. Bar must start unloaded
  4. Partners can take as many attempts as desired.
  5. Score will be combined weight of heaviest successful lift by each partner.
