About This Competition

Second year running at CrossFit Woolgoolga on the beautiful Mid-North Coast.

2 Day Pairs competiton. F/F, M/M & Mix Pair in Scaled and Rx Division.

More than $10000 in cash prices for RX podium finishers and additional prices for event wins in both scaled and RX

6 Wods + A Final (Top 5 teams in each division)

No refunds, but teams are allowed to sell/give their spot to somebody else if they cant make it.
