Watertown Throwdown 2024

Hey Everyone! We are back again with another competition, this year, we will have an individual competition for Rx athletes, both male and female, and also, 2 person Male/Female teams.

Format

Individual and Male/Female teams

Divisions

Rx

- Male (limit 8)

- Female (limit 8)

Intermediate teams of 2 M/F (limit 8 teams)

Scaled teams of 2 M/F (limit 8 teams)

 

Movement List: (Rough Guideline of movements but not limited to..)

Rx:

  • Bar Muscle Up
  • Handstand Walk
  • Bench 155/95#
  • Clean and Jerk 185/125#
  • Jump Rope Efficiency

Intermediate teams of 2:

(At least 1 athlete can perform the following)

  • Double Unders
  • Toes To Bar
  • Chest To Bar
  • Bar Muscle Up
  • Bench 135/85#
  • Wall Ball Shots to a 10' target
  • Wall Walk

Scaled teams of 2:

(At least 1 athlete can perform the following)

  • Single Unders
  • Box Step Up 20"
  • Bench 95/65#
  • Wall Ball Shots to a 10' target

 

Pricing

  • Individuals
    • Early Bird pricing (January 26- February 23) = $100 (20% off)
      • Early Bird pricing is ONLY AVAILABLE through promo codes. Promo codes are LIMITED for each division. Promo codes will be available from the opening of registration to February 23. Once Promo codes are used up in each division, regular pricing will come into effect. 
      • Promo codes:
        • RXMALE (for males)
        • RXFEMALE (for females)
    • Remainder of registration = $125
  • Teams
    • Early Bird pricing (January 26- February 23) = $200 (20% off)
      • Early Bird pricing is ONLY AVAILABLE through promo codes. Promo codes are LIMITED for each division. Promo codes will be available from the opening of registration to February 23. Once Promo codes are used up in each division, regular pricing will come into effect. 
      • Promo codes:
        • INT (for Intermediate Division)
        • SCALED (for Scaled Division)
    • Remainder of registration = $250

Volunteers are needed! Please fill out a volunteer form on the registration page so we can reach out to you!

Refund Policy

Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. No refunds will be accepted towards any registraion fees. We will allow athlete transfers. By registering, athletes knowingly are agreeing to the Refund Policy.
