Online Qualifier Movement Requirements:
RX Division & Masters 35-45 Division
- Chest to bar pull ups
- Bar/ring muscle ups
- Toes to bar
- Handstand push ups / walking
- wall walk
- Snatch minimum of (135/95)
- Ability to move Dumbbells by sqauting and/or pressing (50s/35s)
- Double Unders
- box jump 24" minimum
Intermidiate Division
- Chest to bar pull ups
- Toes to bar
- Handstand push ups
- wall walk
- Snatch minimum of (115/85)
- Ability to move Dumbbells by squating and/or pressing (35s/25s)
- Double unders
- box jump 24" minimum
Scaled Division
- Pull ups
- Toes to bar
- wall walk
- Snatch minimum of (95/65)
- Ability to move Dumbbells by squating and/or pressing (35s/20s)
- Single unders
- box jump and/or step overs 20" minimum
Masters 44+ Division
- Chest to bar pull ups
- Toes to bar
- wall walk
- Snatch minimum of (105/75)
- Ability to move Dumbbells by squating and/or pressing (35s/20s)
- Double unders

Teen Division
