The Deets:
-Start with an empty barbell. Clips must be used.
-Complex must be completed with one grip. Regrip can happen at the hips only.
-Attempts can go up or down in weight, as needed. Clips must be used.
-Following the heaviest completed complex, any overhead squats done immediately following, with the same grip, will add one pound per squat to the overall weight. For example, the athlete completes the complex at 150# then successfully completes two overhead squats. The score is 152. ***The OHS is NOT required. This movement is for bonus points only***
-If the barbell is in the air prior to the 10-minute clock expiring, the complex and OHS can be completed after the cap.

The Deets:
-Within each 2 minute block, athletes must complete the row and the BBJOs, and with any remaining time complete HS Walk/Clusters. Athletes must rest for the full 1 minute period
-Burpees are box-facing. RX athletes must have a two foot take off. Intermediate athletes can step up. Athletes do not need to stand to full extension on top of the box. Feet can clear the box or have two feet on top. One foot on and over is a No Rep. No hands, butts, backs, etc can touch the box to assist the athlete up and over.
-RX HS Walks are scored as one point for every 5 foot section completed. If an athlete comes out of the handstand before completing the section, they will backup to the nearest 5' marker and begin that section again.
-INTERMEDIATE Clusters - only one head of each DB needs to touch the ground to begin each rep. One complete rep includes a full depth (hips below knees) squat and full extension overhead.
