About This Competition

The 2nd annual G-Town Throwdown is a 2 person co-ed CrossFit competition held on August 4, 2018 hosted by CrossFit 133. Each team will consist of one male athlete and one female athlete competing in one of our two divisions: Rx and Scaled. Each team will complete 3 workouts and a floater with prizes given to the top three teams in each division. This competition is designed for the average CrossFitter. Those who sign up before July 31, 2018 will receive a G-Town Throwdown t-shirt. WODs will be announced prior to the event.

No refunds.


Athlete check-in will be 7:30-8:30 am with an athlete briefing at 8:30 am. The first heat will begin promptly at 9:00 am. The competition will be done and prizes awarded before 2:00 pm!


Rx: Snatch 115/75 for reps

Clean 155/95 for reps

S2OH: 135/85 for reps

Deadlift 225/155 for reps
