Ready to put your fitness to the ultimate test? Join us at DRAGON ATHLETIC in Cardiff on 26th September, for the Dragon Athletic Gauntlet Challenge!
This same-sex pairs competition is designed to push your limits with a unique gauntlet-style format.
You and your partner will tackle four distinct workouts, utilising a dynamic rolling clock system with 20-minute windows of work and rest to keep the adrenaline pumping.
Whether you’re looking to showcase your skills in the RX division or testing the waters in Intermediate or Scaled, there is a challenge for everyone.
