JJK CROSSFIT - SAME SEX PAIRS COMPETITION
About This Competition
JJK CrossFit - 2 year Affiliate Anniversary
Same sex pairs competition will be held on Saturday 5th July at JJK Fitness to celebrate our 2 year anniversary!
This is a CrossFit competition, in the format similar to the CrossFit Open...This is for everyone! Expect Olympic lifting, gymnastics, strength and aerobic capacity.
In-Person Divisions
RX
Completing the workout as prescribed. Nothing different to what you are used to in a class.
Scaled
Changes will be made to the workouts to allow for them to be completed with the same intensity as RX but with reduced weights and complexity in the movements.

Below is a guide to the movement standards for the JJK CrossFit competition, expect synchro on some/all movements over the workouts in the finals.
