Workouts
One person working, one person resting (besides the syncro movements), one person holding sandbag.
12 min amrap
60 wallballs
50 toes to bar/hanging leg raises
40 synchro thrusters
30 chest to bar pullups/pullups
20 synchro hang power snatch
10 bar muscle ups/burpee jumping pullup
Weights
MMF- 22.5 DB, 30 barbell, 70 sandbag, 9 wallball
FFM- 15 DB, 35 barbell, 45 sandbag, 6 wallball
Scaled- 15 DB, 25 barbell, 35 sandbag, 3 wallball
Each member will perform a 3RM shoulder to overhead from the rack.
The team will have 8 minutes to complete. Any style of STOH is permitted. Members can have as many attempts as time permits.
1600m Run- 800m Run- 400m Run
Person 1 will run an out and back course totalling 1600m.
They will then tag person 2 who will run an out and back course totalling 800m.
They will then tag person 3 who will run an out and back course totalling 400m.
The teams score is when Person 3 crosses the finish line.
4 rounds for time
*8 minute cap
15 synchro squats (2 people)
20 burpee box jump overs
*one person holding a ring support hold at all times
*sandbag held in bear hug position
FFM- sandbag and barbell 35kg
MMF- sandbag and barbell 45kg
Scaled- 16kg KB barbell 25kg- Scale ring support hold to plank hold and step overs are permitted.
Box heights all 20 inch except MMF; 24"
