About This Competition

Welcome to Barbell Massacre 8 - We are so excited to share with you our event details for this year's competition! 

Team Options:

Rx: MM or FF

Scaled: MM or FF  

**Life happens, we get it, refunds will be granted on case by case basis. Reach out to the competition coordinator. 

Day of Timeline:

7:00AM Registration opens

8:00AM WOD 1 Briefing

8:20AM WOD 1 Begins 

2:00PM Podium Ceremony

*Heat times and schedule will be released week of competition.

Day of Details:

Parking will be held at Struxure across the street. Feel free to bring pop-up tents, chairs, coolers, etc. No alcohol, please. Pets must all be on leash and outside the compeition area.
