Not sure what divison you belong in?
Novice: Still in your first year of Crossfit, no competition experience, and no high skill movements (yet).
Intermediate: You have some Crossfit experience under your belt but limited competition experience, working on higher skill development but not fluent (some kipping experience), and feel comfortable with all olympic lifts.
Kids:(Use Promo Code: NKITBKids for special kids pricing!) Separated by age brackets. Please reach out if you have any questions regarding our kids divisions! Last year was our flagship year for a kids division & it surpassed our expectations! We are excited to continue this spectacular divison.
We will have a coffee truck, food truck, and other vendors on site.
Parking will be marked and our staff will guide you. There will be spots available for athletes to set up pop-ups and other equipment.
McHoppers Brewery next door will be open and serving adult beverages all day.
