About This Competition
The 2025 Oogie Boogie Brawl – Our 2nd Annual In-House Showdown!
We’re back and ready to throw down again! Adventure CrossFit is proud to present the second annual Oogie Boogie Brawl — a high-energy, Halloween-themed team competition made for our amazing community. Whether you're in it to win it or just want to have some spooky fun, this event is for you.
Expect a day full of fitness, fierce teamwork, and festive vibes. Costumes? Absolutely encouraged (the more creative the better!) — and yes, there will be prizes for the best-dressed teams!
Event Details:
Teams of Two – Co-ed and all female pairs will compete in one combined division.
Four Workouts – Released soon, so keep your eyes peeled!
RX Requirements: Athletes should be comfortable with 155/225 Deadlifts for reps, bar muscle-ups, and toes-to-bar.
Scaled Options Available – No need to fear the unknown; we’ve got movement modifications for all levels. SCALING CAN BE DONE PER EVENT.
As always, this event supports a great cause — 100% of the proceeds will go straight to our equipment fund to help keep Adventure CrossFit stocked with the best gear for our community.
