About This Competition
Blind Date at Crow River
A functional fitness competition for co-ed teams of two! Come test your skills in 3 divisions, scaled, masters and Rx. All teams will compete in 4 scored events.
Competition time: 9 a.m. until approximately 4:00 p.m. (Check-in and warm up area opens at 8 a.m.)
What makes Blind Date exciting?
Standards are below. Clues and hints may be released prior to the event, but the workout details will only be available the week of the event! Some final fun surprises will be included in the athlete briefing. Don’t let the unknown scare you, in the world of – being prepared for the unknown and unknowable is a principle of CrossFit! As such, the standards are released, and the scaled division will be a very “doable” division, for those who will want to work hard and are still building their high skill movements. Each division will have limited spots, so register early to guarantee your spot!
Registration: Follow the link and information to register your team by January 25th, 2022.
Cost: $169 per team.
No Refunds. Email us for substitutions. Masters athletes must 40 years of age or older on February 5, 2022.
Parking is located in front of the building and behind the building.

Divisions/Standards, list is not necessarily inclusive of all movements, but standards should represent the minimum skills for that division. Come ready to work hard and have fun!
