Workouts
Max Load: Synchro Bear Complex
Each Team will be given 3, :30sec Windows to establish their Heaviest Synchro Bear Complex.
Score will be combined Load of the heaviest successful Complex
Synchro Standards:
Top of First clean
Bottom of Front Squat
Top of the Push Press
Bottom of the Back Squat
Top of the BTN Push Press
During a missed attempt BOTH Athletes must Start from the beginning
You may attempt more than once in the 30sec window as long as lift begins BEFORE the end of the window
Max Load: Synchro Bear Complex
Each Team will be given 3, :30sec Windows to establish their Heaviest Synchro Bear Complex.

30 Snatches for time
At the call of 3..2..1 GO! Athlete 1 (male or Female) will perform their 21s in Fran, Thrusters and Pull ups, upon completion of the first round athlete two will begin the first round of Diane 21s DL and Handstand Push ups. Athlete 1 will start 15s then athlete 2 will finish 15s and so on until 21 -15-9 rep Scheme is completed.
Once one athlete finishes their sets of 9 they may immediately begin changing theirs weights to be ready for Isabel
There is a 10 minute time cap
In Transition Athletes MUST tag in order to begin next sets
Rx: Fran – 95/65 w/ Pull up
Diane – 225/155 w/ HSPU

1 Bar Muscle up (increase by 1 each Round)
Athletes must both complete designated number of reps on the worm per round and then split the work up however they see fit. Bike and Rower can be worked together but must remain seated until both Cal targets are completed. There is no minimum work requirement per athlete.
