About This Competition

Awesome! We're stoked that you're on the registration page for the second annual Fast Times at West Tech High! This is a team of three competition so get a couple of your best dudes or chicks and get your team registered. It's going to be totally tubular!


All proceeds from the competition go directly to West Tech CrossFit, a non-profit high school CrossFit affiliate.

If you would like an event T-shirt, you must register by Wednesday, November 18th. If you register after 11/18, you will NOT get an event T-shirt.

All workouts are now released but are subject to minor changes. Standards and workout description videos will be released 6 weeks prior to the competition.

**Scaled athletes thruster weight will be 65/45.


WORKOUT 2

Workout 2A starts at minute 0 on a running clock.

OTM 4

1 Snatch for max weight.


Athlete 1 will get 1 lift per minute for 4 total attempts. Heaviest successful lift is the athletes score.


Workout 2B starts at minute 4 on a running clock.

OTM 4

1 Clean for max weight.


Athlete 2 will get 1 lift per minute for 4 total attempts. Heaviest successful lift is the athletes score.


Workout 2C starts at minute 8 on a running clock.

OTM 4

1 Shoulder to overhead for max weight. Barbell will start from the rack.


Athlete 1 will get 1 lift per minute for 4 total attempts. Heaviest successful lift is the athletes score.


Each part of the workout must be completed by a different athlete.

30 Unbroken Double Unders

30' Handstand Walk

Workout ends when the clock reaches 13 minutes.

*Reps for handstand walk will be counted in 15 foot sections.

**Double unders will be counted for reps, but teams may not move on to handstand walk until 30 unbroken double unders are completed.

***Any athlete may complete the double unders and handstand walking. There is no work requirement per athlete,.

****Scaled athletes will complete 30 double unders, but do not have to be unbroken, and wheelbarrow in lieu of handstand walks.
