Continental Classic 2024
About This Competition
The Continental Classic is back for its second edition, it will take place on September 27-29th ! Are you ready to take things to the next level ?
For this event, registration equals participation and, this year, we are expecting 195 athletes in the following categories :
15 spots Female Elite.
15 spots Female RX.
15 spots Female Inter.
30 spots Male Elite.
30 spots Male RX.
30 spots Male Inter.
15 spots Male Master 35-39.
15 spots Male Master 40-44.
15 spots Male Master 45+.
7 spots Male Teen 12-17
7 spots Female Teen 12-17
Organizers may change categories in case the minimal number required to open a category is not met.
In case such event occurs, athletes will be contacted with a taylormade solution
Workout to assess categories (Elite/RX/Inter) :
One split workout will have to be performed prior to the competition (timing July 2024) in order to assess your adequate category. The first 30 athletes will go into the Elite division, athletes placed from 30 to 60 will integrate the RX division and the last 30 athletes will be placed in the Inter division. Currently, it is therefore normal that only one category Elite/RX/Inter appears for the registration.
The split workout will also count as part of the final leaderboard on site. Though, its weight will be only 50 points whereas onsite events will weight each 100 points.
Master :
Your category is decided upon your age during the year 2024.
So, if you are celebrating your 40th birthday on December the 1st, you are eligible to enrol in the Master 40-44 division.
Registration prize and cash prize :
Early bird price (ending on the 31/01/2024) : 135 € (Competition Corner fee excluded).
Classic price : 145 € (Competition Corner fee excluded).
No refund policy.
Cash prize : 7.000 € in total.
Duration :
3 days for the following categories : Elite (H and F), RX (H and F) et Master 35 (H).
2 days for the following categories: Inter (H and F), Master 40-44 et Master 45+ (H) and Teens

L'organisation se réserve le droit le modifier les catégories dans le cas où le seuil d'athlète minimum n'est pas rempli.
Si tel décision devait se produire, les athlètes concernés seront contactés avec une proposition individualisée adéquate.
Workout déterminant les catégories (Elite/RX/Inter) :
Un split workout sera à effectuer pour vous assigner dans les catégories adéquates. Les 30 premiers athlètes iront dans la division Elite, les athlètes classés entre les places 30 à 60 seront assignés dans la catégorie RX tandis que les 30 derniers athlètes prendront part dans la division Inter. Actuellement, il est donc normal que seule la catégorie Elite/RX/Inter soit proposée pour l’inscription
Attention le score de ce split workout comptera également dans le classement de la phase finale de la compétition sur site. Sa pondération sera en revanche de 50 points et les épreuves lors de l’évènement physique vaudront, eux, 100 points.
Master :
Votre catégorie est définie par l'âge fêté durant l'année 2024.
Donc, si vous avez 40 ans en décembre 2024, vous êtes éligible pour la catégorie 40-44.

Tarif Early bird (fin au 31/01/2024) : 135 € (hors frais de plateforme).

At the start of each amrep the athlete start again at the beginning of the scheme ( back at round 1)
Each round consists of calorie row, shoulder to overhead and handstandwalk. The HSW distance increase every round
