About This Competition
Teams of 4 (MMFF) will compete in 3 events throughout the day to crown the Shapesmiths Summer Throwdown Champions!
Registration will close on competition cornor on Thursday 1st Septmeber 12pm. All teams must be registered on competition corner by then.
Workouts released from 29th August.
Heat list and timings will be released closer to the date of the event.
£40 entry per team.

Working in pairs, 2 work, 2 rest then swap. Score is total number of snatches.

Workout Flow:
In the 1st 2min window the 1st pair (any mix) will complete 10 synchro TTB, 80 DU (split however you like), YGIG on the snatches. In the next 2 min window the next pair will complete the same work while 1st pair rest. And so on until 4 rounds each are complete.
1 rep max clean and jerk
5min for females straight into 5min for males.
